Individual therapy is a space to slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. It is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a strong focus on attachment-based, somatic, and emotionally focused perspective and modalities.

Teletherapy

Online therapy allows us to meet through a secure video platform from the comfort and privacy of your own space. At the time of your appointment, you simply click a secure HIPPA-compliant link to join the session. Many people find teletherapy helpful because it allows them to participate in therapy from an environment where they already feel comfortable. The work we do together is the same thoughtful, supportive process that happens in an in-person session.

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic stress, attachment-related concerns, communication difficulties, and sexual concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, emotionally stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. With grounded support and a nonjudgemental space, we work toward healing, increased self-understanding, and meaningful, lasting change.
